Afro Brazil Arts (ABA) - A nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire wellness, leadership, and community through Mindful Capoeira for people of all ages and abilities.
Each year, since 1988, ABA has impacted thousands of people - mostly youth in underserved and marginalized communities - through classes and performances featuring Mindful Capoeira, the Afro Brazilian self-defense hidden in dance.
